DaQuaSa - Data-Driven Quality, Scaled Agile Process Capabilities and Value in Software Engineering

Project: Contract researchIndustry project

Project Details

Description

In the context of quality models, the major goal is to replace the existing software quality model approaches with a more dynamic approach that facilitates automation of quality model management and allows quick tailoring and generation of quality models in an automatic way. The use of quality models in agile development teams requires certain capabilities. We therefore develop a model to judge the maturity of organizations and project teams with respect to agility. Currently agile project teams typically use (at most) qualitative approaches for feature selection during planning. In order to better support experimentation and validation of quantitative value oriented models, we want to provide a cost and value calculation service.
