Project Details
Description
The research project on competitiveness issues deals with key factors of strategic success in a globalized, digital world. In doing so, we not only look at the tension between continuity and strategic choice, but also highlight the different possibilities of rivalry and cooperation. In principle, we are interested in this project, how companies can operate successfully in different competitive arenas. This study aims to find answers to the following questions: Which key competences are advantageous or necessary in which competitive arena? To what extent can strategic tools and process models of strategic management in different competitive arenas benefit? In addition, the database created in the first research project on creating competitiveness should be deepened and expanded.
