In this research project, we focus on strategic assessment using the Creating Competitiveness Finder (CC-Finder). We address the question of how the CC-Finder can support strategists in the first phase of the strategy process. We will also shed light on what strategic options are available or can be created in each competitive arena in a globalized, digital world. Since each arena is characterized by specific characteristics, dynamics, and competitive conditions, we assume that these are different for each arena. Building on the first two Creating Competitiveness projects, this project aims to develop a methodical approach for assessing the specific strategic starting situation.
