Das COMET K1-Zentrum, situiert am SCCH hat den hohen Anspruch sich zum Competence Center for Integrated Software- and AI Systems zum Nutzen für Firmen, die Gesellschaft und den Planeten Erde zu werden. Das Institut für Machine Learning unterstützt dabei den Austausch mit State-of-the-Art Forschung in Machine Learning, sodass diese wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse vom SCCH und seinen Partnern zugänglich gemacht werden und in zahlreiche Anwendungen überführt werden können.
