Single Case Study in the Diocese of St. Pölten analyzing the Change Management process caused by an implementation of an environmental Management System. Research question: Which implications can be derived from the Change Management Process in the Diocese of St. Pölten? Research Design: problem-focused interviews evaluated and analysed by the inductive-approach (Thomas, 2006).
