Active Games Accessibility – Computer Games for People with Special Needs

Project: OtherOther project

Project Details

Description

Computer games have become a major part in child and youth culture, but they are also played by adults. To give people with disabilities the chance to have access to these games, new methods and tools have to be developed. Active Games Accessibility (AGA) means, to give computer game developers tools, guidelines and hints how to produce accessible computer games. We will reach this goal with two projects, one project is the Guidelines, and the other is the so called Descriptive Language.
