Description
There is an expense bibliography of schoolbooks in PDF format which are not accessible to people with visual impairment or blindness. And the process to convert these documents into accessible ones is expensive, because currently, many tasks are unlikely to be automated. This study aims to explore automations for the process of making accessible the existing collection of schoolbooks in PDF, and to test whether the application of these reduces costs.
