Die Universitätklinik wurde im Jahr 2022 gegründet. Die Mitarbeiter*innen der Klinik waren jedoch auch bereits davor für die Medizinische Fakultät der JKU tätig und haben in diesem Zusammenhang Forschungsleistungen für die JKU erbracht, die ebenfalls hier erfasst sind.
