In this presentation I will demonstrate one instance for which the use of theoretical-methodological perspectives like that of practice theory(-ies) (Nicolini 2012), which are common in STS, can benefit from being informed by dedicated concepts from Organizational Sociology when researching the im-plementation of Artificial Intelligence into workplaces.
