The presentation focusses on the turbulences on the pellets heating market in 2006 and 2007 caused by the scarcity of pellets in fuel supply and therefore considerably increasing pellets prices. It shows strategies for recovering the users´confidence in the pellet market and for avoiding turbulences for the future .
