Description

While the majority of organizational ambidexterity studies take a static perspective, this study aims to contribute to existing literature on organizational ambidexterity by introducing a dynamic perspective that emphasizes the mutual interferences and interactions between exploitation and exploration in order to support organizations in keeping a healthy balance between exploiting existing capabilities and exploring new competencies in order to be able to successfully and flexibly maneuver their change processes while retaining competitive advantages based on experience and routines.
