„Weniger ist mehr – wie viel Luft ist noch im System?“ EFFIZIENZ – EFFEKTIVITÄT - PERFORMANCE. In den letzten Jahren hat es zahlreiche Reformen im Gesundheitssystem gegeben: die Spitalsreform oder eine neue 15a‐Vereinbarung Zielsteuerung Gesundheit, um nur zwei zu nennen. Dabei fallen regelmäßig Schlagworte wie Effizienz, Effektivität, Outcome oder Performance. Doch was bedeuten diese Schlagworte für das Gesundheitssystem? Und was bedeuten sie für PatientInnen und für Anbieter von Gesundheitsdiensten? Wie kann man messen, ob Outcome und Performance gut sind? Ist denn überhaupt noch Luft im System?
