Linearity Monitoring in FMCW Radar Receivers

Description

In this poster presentation, two concepts for linearity monitoring in frequency modulated continuous wave radar sensors are presented. The first concept focuses on identification of pipelined analog-to-digital converters by utilizing a novel cost-function for the parameter estimation. With the second concept, on-chip linearity testing is enabled by introducing a specifically designed test signal.
