The HR Climate Project aims to study the influencing factors of human resources climates in organizations and their effects on organizational outcomes worldwide in more than 15 countries. The preliminary data in Austria shows that the eight HR climate variables are highly correlated with each other and with employee related outcomes as job satisfaction, as well as with some company related outcome variables. Further statistical analysis needs to be done to discriminate the number of HR climate variables and their effects on outcomes.
