The presentation comprised the description of the scale breaking / tension levelling process, the goals of the ACCM project, the developed hierarchical modelling concepts, the simulation of the process using a commercial FEM software package (Abaqus) and the concept of a self-developed 2D prototype model based on Ritz shape functions.
