Description

Presentation of the Health-Check approach for evaluating the capabilities of large software development organizations. Alongside the architecture of the Health-Check, we presented adaptations to make it suitable for assessing agile development within individual teams and release trains. Additionally, we showcased our prototype and the underlying concepts for conducting self-assessments for agile teams, highlighting the architectural design decisions made to ensure participant privacy.
