Activity: Participating in or organising an eventOrganising a conference, workshop, ...

Description

In the recent years many new technologies became available, beginning from the greatly increased computation power over very powerful software for development and implementation of control strategies to distributed computing with world wide access to plants via the internet. This new technologies are not only a great challenge for research but also for education in the near future. The meeting will address different aspects of the application of these technologies in academic education and their effects. Topics Topics of interest include but are not limited to: Education and Training for the 21st century needs. Teaching of modern mathematical control theory. Open and distance teaching in World Wide Web. Bachelor’s and master’s studies: Compatibility with traditional European studies. Transfer methods for educational knowledge for needs of developing countries.
