Discrete wave systems: model of laminated turbulence

Description

Problems which can not be described in the frame of Kolmogorov´s turbulence theory are pointed out. Theory of discrete wave systems is presented which allows to solve al least some these problems. It is shown that KAM theory and discrete theory should be regarded as two complementary parts of a new model of wave turbulence - a model of laminated turbulence
