Die INTERNETOFFENSIVE ÖSTERREICH (IOÖ) wurde bisher bereits wissenschaftlich von zahlreichen österreichischen Universitäten und Fachhochschulen im Zuge der Arbeitsgruppen-Tätigkeiten unterstützt. Um diese Allianz weiter zu forcieren, gründete die IOÖ den Wissenschaftsbeirat, der in die strategische Arbeit der Plattform voll eingebunden ist
