Zielgruppe des Borealis-MORE-Einstiegsstipendiums sind Geflüchtete mit Hochschulzugang die an der JKU ihr Studium beginnen oder fortsetzen möchten und die keinen Anspruch auf Studienbeihilfe haben. Die Vergabe des Stipendiums ist an die Erfüllung eines Learning Agreements gebunden.
