Description

We discuss a variety of questions, connected to Groebner bases in the non-commutative GR-algebras. In particular, we present the fast implementation in the subsystem PLURAL of the computer algebra system SINGULAR. We show the algorithms from the Groebner basics family, as well as the central character decomposition, preimage of a left ideal under a morphism of GR-algebras and more. We discuss the applications to D-modules, non-commutative Cohen-Macaulay algebras, various dimensions and sketch the perspectives of the methods and of implementation.
