The presentation treated the industrial policy initiatives of the Bolivarian Alliance of the Peoples of Our Americas. First, I introduced the social and politico-economic context of the measures, then I specified the initiatives and critically assessed them. In a last step, I asked how those industrialisation efforts could be supported from Europe.
