Description

Optimal designs for model discrimination often depend on the true model and its parameters. To proceed sequentially is one of the alternatives to tackle this dependence. In this study we consider different sequential design strategies based on T-, Ds- and _-optimality for discriminating between different enzyme kinetic profiles and make a comparison between their performances including one of the speed of their convergences.
