In order to articulate the various aims of EMPOWER-SE, four different Working Groups (WG) were created, namely, Foundations, Industries, Eco-systems, and Communication and Education. Specific meetings are organized for each WG with a view to advance on the specific agenda. Objective of Working Group 1: To identify and bind the variety of Social Enterprise SE conceptions and models at the local level.
