VaDriBus - Value Drivers for Digital Business

Cost and Value Engineering (CVE) for software is increasingly in the focus of organizations. We developed a general model for cost and value calculation for Software. The model is still coarse grained and needs refinement with respect to the calculation of value drivers and cost drivers. Furthermore, the existing TAICOS model allows monitoring and controlling core KPIs in a BizzDevOps setting but lacks the monetary cost and value dimension. The project therefore contributes to the Cost and Value Engineering activities within Siemens and also provides valuable input and prototypes to DevOps related initiatives.
