Beschreibung
The Tsunami tidal waves in Sri Lanka left some 80.000 people dead and more than 150.000 without homes. IEZ provided logistical and practical support to the NGO "KAA" (Kurier Aid Austria) by identifying the (survived) victims and by designing and implementing social programmes for most vulnerable target groups. The IEZ-consultant spent five moth in the region working in cloase co-operation with "KAA" and other national and international organizations (e.g. Red Cross Society)
