Identity of Management Accountants

Academic interest in role changes of management accountants has increased during the past two decades. However, literature has paid little attention to aspects of identity although role changes imply identity reconstructions. Therefore, this project aims to tackle this gap and to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the ongoing changes concerning management accountants by providing an identity perspective.
