Beschreibung
Project Co-flow builds on TriGSflow, a workflow technology which is based on active, object-oriented databases and which has been developed at the Department of Information Systems. TriGSflow will be extended to enhance both flexibility and features of the existing network documentation and information system CONDIS. In particular, the workflow management system will support tasks like problem solution in the context of help desk work order management.
