The VDE ITG executive board has rated Stefan Baumgartner's dissertation "Machine Learning Concepts for Physical Layer Receiver Processing in Wireless Communication Systems" as one of the best of 2024 in his field and has awarded him the VDE ITG DISSERTATION AWARD 2025.
