Beschreibung

In this paper we examine the contributions of national telecommunications infrastructure to export performance in the service and manufacturing sectors of developing countries. We place emphasis on trade in producer services, that is now at the center of current GATT initiatives to liberalize trade in services. We also examine the contribution of network quality to aggregate export performance.
